The Catamaran Archipel II is the brother of the Catamaran Archipel I, both offer stable double hulls, wide decks and large social areas including dining room, bar and conference area with television, DVD player, card games, library of books and DVDs. It offers carefully organized and adventurous itineraries that will take you through unique routes of the archipelago exploring beaches, mangroves and volcanic fields. The crew shares the same spirit of adventure, ensuring comfort on your cruise and safety during your trip.

Single Supplement: 80% surcharge.
Solo travelers are allowed to book a Twin Ocean View Cabin on a shared basis. The cabin will be shared with another traveler of the same gender.
Child discount: 20% of rate. Only applicable for one child under 12 years of age traveling with two full paying passengers. Not applicable for discounted cruises.
Children of all ages are accepted on board but parents are held fully responsible and liable for their children during the entire cruise.

Catamaran Achipel II offers eight cabins (2 cabins with double beds and 6 cabins with twin beds) with two sea-view windows for a comfortable stay.
Each cabin includes:

A solarium equipped with comfortable chaise outdoor furniture and shaded outside deck fitted with cozy extended sofas to enjoy a unique landscape during the day or at night.
All families with children are very welcome, we do we suggest that your children are at least 3-4 years old. This way, they can enjoy the experience and be able to endure the cruise. Although we don’t offer special children’s programs, they will love being nearby animals, and activities such as: swimming, snorkeling and sea-kayaking.
Please remember that parents/legal guardians are responsible for their children. They must take into account that children may not undertake longer or more difficult excursions/activities.
We offer special discounts for children younger than 12 years (-20% discount for 1 child per 2 parents), as well as reduced entrances fees to the Galapagos National Park.
We recommend to have a reasonably good physical condition. Galapagos is mostly moderate, but you can always skip a more demanding activity and take a rest on board.
There are some trails that are long and/or more difficult than others. Some have sharp lava rocks or light scrambling (especially in unspoiled remote areas as well as in Española, Genovesa and Tintoreras).
There may also be trouble while embarking and disembarking the inflatable dinghy. Especially when the tide is a bit rougher, but our crew will always be there to help you in and out safely.
In case of cancellations up to 61 days prior to departure, 30% of the total amount paid will be retained as a penalty fee. 60 days or less days prior to departure, means that 100% of the total tour rate is forfeited. If you cancel up to 121 days prior to departure you need to pay a non-refundable fee of US$ 100 pp.
Yes, we always recommend taking out travel insurance before departing on your holiday.
